Volumetry is a popular method od face remodeling. It can be conducted with cross-linked hyaluronic acid. Aim. The aim of this paper is to present the effectiveness of hyaluronic acid in face volumetry procedure. Material and method. The questionnaire study was conducted in the group of 50 patients, who underwent the procedure of face volumetry with hyaluronic acid. The questionnaire included 15 questions. Results. The most of patients (88%) were satisfied with face volumetry procedure. In 80% of respondents the introduced procedure improved their quality of life. More than 50% of patients (60%) think that face volumetry is painful procedure, in 10 scale VAS it was marked as being from 5 to 7. Conclusions. The procedure of face volumetry with hyaluronic acid gives good results, is safe but painful. The face volumetry increases its attractiveness. Key words: volumetry, face, hyaluronic acid |
