Essential trace elements (microelements) in cosmetological applications

Summary
In living organisms, chemical elements are mineral components that determine the correctness of their structure and physiological functions. Due to the level of daily demand and the size of systemic concentrations, they are divided into macro and microelements. Their deficiency impairs metabolic changes and the functioning of the immune system, they are therefore used pharmacologically as supplements. Beneficial effect on the skin, hair and nails caused, that many minerals can be found in care and regular cosmetics. These are the preparations containing the individual essential microelements discussed in this paper.
