Once considered only for the disorder of young people, more and more often affects children before puberty, and also occurs in adults, especially in women. The development of disease is affected by many factors, internal and external origin. The most frequently reported in the literature hypotheses concerning the etiology of the disease are: hyperactivity of the sebaceous glands and excessive production of sebum, disturbed keratinization sebaceous glands and the development of anaerobic bacteria Propionibacterium acnes. Increasingly also looks at environmental factors, and improper care of oily skin and acne. Do not forget that acne is also a psychosomatic dimension. The disease requires proper therapeutic procedures, cosmetological and home care. To select the most optimal method of action in the course of acne vulgaris is necessary to know the factors provoking.
