It might seem that modern civilization, noting great progress in all areas of life, is free from such diseases. However, this view is misleading and untrue. Infectious diseases continue to be a significant threat to human life and these are one of the most important public health problems in developing countries. Compared to past centuries it has actually renaming the classification of the most common infectious diseases, but also changed the places where it is possible to get infected and the possibility of transmission of infectious pathogens. One of the reputed currently popular areas of social life, but also potential risks are provided by beauty services. The attention to image, appearance and interest in high quality of life have made people more likely to benefit from the offers of cosmetic surgeries beauty or aesthetic dermatology, however, aware of the potential health risks of these procedures even of interrupting the continuity of the epidermis is insufficient. This article is limited to the description of the most common infectious diseases that may pose a potential threat to both - customers and employees of cosmetic treatment.
