Summary
Decorative cosmetics and make-up give a positive impact on aesthetics, improving the appearance and shaping the image of the face and body. Nowadays, color cosmetics, we know, have a functions that not only beautify, but also fulfill the care and protection for our skin. Intensive development of public awareness of the beneficial effect of natural resources is a response to the increasing demand for it on the cosmetic market.
The ingredients needed for the manufacture of makeup cosmetics are carefully selected and researched for their purity and quality by scientists. The most desirable are ingredients from organic farming, completely natural, without any pollution. However, due to the mass production of cosmetics, often synthetic ingredients are used instead of the natural ones, which, unfortunately, often cause allergies.
The aim of the study was to present the natural ingredients, that are used in modern cosmetics and presentation of the possible side effects of these cosmetic ingredients on the skin.
This work presents the origin of plant materials ex.: flavonoids, saponins, mucilages, tannins, essential oils, which have the effect of not only for beauty, but also healing. It is also seen that the number of customers who prefer the efficient operation of natural cosmetics increase - phyto cosmetics as opposed to those, that contain synthetic substances and are less effective for the healthy appearance of the skin. Nature is very rich in a variety of animal and vegetable substances, which, without the use of chemicals can be used to continue to serve as natural dyes, to improve the appearance of a man.
