Evaluation of effectiveness of radiofrequency procedures

Summary
Introduction. Radiofrequency is the popular method used in cosmetology and medicine. Goals of such procedure are to improve the look, condition and tension of the skin as well as to reduce the visibility of the wrinkles.
Aim. The aim of the paper was to evaluate the effectiveness of radiofrequency procedures.
Material and method. The questionnaire studies were performed in the group of 50 women in the age between 23-56 years, who underwent procedures with radiofrequency. The questionnaire included 27 questions.
Results. Most of examined women said that radiofrequency is a pleasant procedure. This therapy was performed on the face, cleavage, stomach and lower limbs. More than the half of respondents was satisfied with the obtained results.
Conslusions. The procedure with radiofrequency is an effective method to fight with aging. The most frequent body areas on which radiofrequency were used are face and cleavage. Therapy with radio waves is not connected with complications.
