Oral Isotretinoin - cosmetologist essential knowledge about the drug, which is the last resort in the treatment of acne vulgaris

Summary
Acne vulgaris, the most common dermatosis of youth. Unfortunately increasing affect people after puberty. The treatment is prolonged and often interrupted by patient due to the lack of satisfactory results. People affected by this disease often feel embittered and impatient because of lack of improvement of their skin. Due to the chronic course and visible location, some patients choose drug with large side effects - Isotretinoin.
Isotretinoin is a synthetic derivative of vitamin A. Due to the use of this drug there is a reduction in activity of the sebaceous glands, their growth is inhibited and the differentiation is normalization. In addition, there is a weak anti-inflammatory action. Currently, it is considered as the best medicine for the acne vulgaris. People taking this drug often are clients of beauty salons, so cosmetologists knowledge about it is essential and it can help thin and excessively dry skin or can extremely hurt by using treatments that are not recommended while you are taking it and a half years after discontinuation.
