The art of tattoo is performed in both women and men. The number of tattoos, extensiveness and coloring may be various. This exerts the influence on nature of complications. The character of most frequent complications of tattoos, as well as rarely described, but serious emergencies are presented in the article. On the basis of literature data the necessity of introduction of legal regulations, concerning among other things the composition of applied dyes is recommended.
