Summary
Nowadays, hydrogen purification in beauty salons as well as in aesthetic medicine offices is the most common anti-aging treatment.
Hydrogen as a chemical element occurs mainly as a component of water. Thanks to this, we can use special machines with appropriate cups that produce the phenomenon of electrolysis. During this process, we obtain ERP alkaline water, whose main ingredient is active hydrogen. Each of us is exposed to ultraviolet rays as well as environmental pollutants and harmful chemicalsThis causes the initiation of destructive reactions in our body. Thanks to the use of hydrogen purification, we support our body´s antioxidant system and reduce the amount of ROS (reactive oxygen species) produced, in order to improve the regulation of our body´s physiological processes.
The research cited in the article indicates the beneficial, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory and cleansing effects of hydrogen on the skin.

Key words: hydrogen, oxidative stress, antioxidation, reactive oxygen forms, destruction, inflammatory, acne common
