Chemical peels as assessed by clients of cosmetology salons

Summary
Introduction. The chemical exfoliation treatment called chemical peeling is one of the basic treatments offered by beauty salons.
Aim. The aim of the work was to present the procedure of the procedure as well as to compile the theoretical information in relation to a questionnaire study conducted on one hundred clients of beauty salons who assessed the peelings.
Material and methods. The survey according to the author´s questionnaire was carried out in January 2021 on a group of 100 women, clients of beauty salons.
Results. Based on the survey, high customer satisfaction was found after the procedure. The knowledge level of female customers was also found to be moderate, largely internet-based.
Conclusions. The presented results show that the social awareness of women using the services of beauty salons, which offer an increasing range of treatments, is growing.
